Explore un rôle dynamique chez Petal en tant qu'Associé(e) de succès client. Apporte un soutien essentiel aux médecins tout au long de leur parcours avec Xacte, principalement en télétravail. Ce poste combine service à la clientèle, coordination et tâches administratives. En tant qu'Associé(e), tu gérerais diverses demandes, allant des changements de plans de service à l'incorporation de clients. Un suivi rigoureux sera crucial pour assurer une expérience optimale. Ce rôle te permettra d'évoluer avec une collègue expérimentée tout en améliorant continuellement les processus de l’équipe. Key Responsibilities:
- Répondre aux demandes des clients avec professionnalisme
- Gérer les changements de plans de service pour les médecins
- Traiter les demandes d'incorporation et collaborer avec les comptables
- Créer et modifier des comptes pour différents utilisateurs
- Effectuer des configurations sur la plateforme Xacte
- Expérience en service à la clientèle et tâches administratives
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs demandes simultanément
- Sens de l'organisation et rigueur dans le suivi
- Orientation client avec communication claire et professionnelle
- Excellente maîtrise du français, anglais fonctionnel recommandé
