Devenez le Gérant du Service Clientèle pour les Hôtels Germain et assurez une expérience inoubliable pour nos clients. Dans ce rôle, vous coordonnez la réception, les réservations et le service conciergerie tout en maximisant la satisfaction des invités. Ce poste requiert un gestionnaire dynamique ayant 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de réception. Vous serez responsable de l'encadrement d'une équipe et de l'anticipation des besoins des clients, tout en maintenant des relations excellentes avec toutes les parties prenantes de l'hôtel. La gestion des performances des équipes sèra également au cœur de vos responsabilités. Key Responsibilities:

Participer à la gestion des ressources financières et matérielles
Coacher et développer les équipes de service
Assurer le niveau de satisfaction des clients
Maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les parties prenantes
Garantir la sécurité des locaux et des personnes

Requirements:

Diplôme en gestion hôtelière ou expérience équivalente
3 à 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de réception
1 an d'expérience en supervision dans l'hôtellerie
Compétences en gestion de priorités
Connaissance d'OPERA PMS est un atout
