As a Guest Services Specialist, you will be the welcoming face of Germain Hotels, managing check-ins and check-outs effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to guest needs, ensuring all requests are handled courteously. Collaborating with different hotel departments allows you to tailor services for each guest, guaranteeing a personalized experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out procedures
- Address guest needs via phone, email, or in person
- Tackle any guest issues with a satisfaction-first approach
- Share relevant information with team members for tailored service
- Continuously improve guest experiences through feedback
- Degree in Hospitality is advantageous
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service mindset with a friendly demeanor
- Capacity to work calmly under pressure
- Experience with OPERA PMS is beneficial
