Job Responsibility:
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a vital part of our restaurant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service and enjoy their time with us. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about the food and hospitality industry.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance guest experiences.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
