Hands-On Senior Data Scientist Role
Flinks Technology Inc.
Drive financial innovations as a Senior Data Scientist at Flinks. This position focuses on hands-on model development and deployment in a flexible, remote work environment. Flinks is on the lookout for a Senior Data Scientist who can own machine learning models throughout their lifecycle. You'll frame problems, build models, and monitor their real-world performance, ensuring they meet business objectives. Working in conjunction with Data Engineering, you will shape data-driven decisions while maintaining stringent quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Own complete machine learning model lifecycle
- Construct and deploy training pipelines efficiently
- Monitor model performance and quality continuously
- Conduct experimental design and statistical validation
- Partner cross-functionally for model integration and rollout
- 6–8 years of experience with ML model deployment
- Must be proficient in Python for production applications
- Bachelor's in a quantitative field is necessary
- Expertise in deployment and monitoring methods
- Eligible to work in Canada
