Lead UX Researcher Hybrid Role IPEX

In this pivotal position, you will establish and direct IPEX's UX Research function, leveraging over five years of research experience. Your role includes managing a team of researchers, designing user research methods, and executing studies that translate into actionable recommendations. With an emphasis on collaboration, you will drive strategic goals and support product development through comprehensive user insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and lead user research for early-stage concepts
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative methods in research
• Oversee and mentor the UX Research team
• Manage recruitment and scheduling for research sessions
• Contribute to innovation initiatives across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant research experience
• Master’s degree in a related field
• Strong skills in research design and execution
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience with analytical tools and survey platforms
