Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN)

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver clinical services supporting patient care coordination and pharmaceutical commercialization in Ontario. The role involves administering medications, monitoring infusions, educating patients, and coordinating with clinical and operational partners in home and clinic settings.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV routes in home or specialty clinic settings
- Monitor and support IV infusion treatments; chart and report all activities per protocols
- Provide patient education individually or in groups based on program requirements
- Report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate with patients, case managers, physicians, and departments to schedule appointments and treatments
Requirements
- Registered Practical Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with minimum 2 years experience
- Current provincial nursing registration and CPR certification
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, clinical practice, health sciences, or related field
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare settings
- IV therapy experience; ACLS, PALs, and central venous line experience are assets
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously within a team
- Willingness to travel within designated service areas to meet operational needs
