Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN)

Cencora seeks a Field & Infusion Nurse (RPN/LPN) to deliver clinical support services through patient and provider programs in the Greater Toronto Area. The role involves administering medications, monitoring infusion treatments, coordinating care, and maintaining compliance with professional nursing standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications via IM, SC, and IV routes in home and specialty clinic settings
- Monitor and support IV infusion treatments; chart and report all activities per protocols
- Provide patient education individually or in group settings based on program guidelines
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with patients, case managers, physicians, and departments
- Report adverse events and product complaints; perform administrative duties and clinic audits
Requirements
- Current provincial nursing registration (RPN/LPN); valid CPR certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience as Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse
- Diploma or university degree in nursing or related field
- Experience in acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare settings
- IV therapy experience preferred; ACLS, PALS, and central venous line experience assets
