Senior Director, AI Product Engineering at Publicis

Drive the future of AI at Publicis Groupe Canada as Senior Director of Product Engineering. Oversee innovative product strategies while integrating AI technologies into agency workflows. Through effective collaboration, you will tackle complex challenges and drive strategic vision across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

Shape the product engineering vision to meet client needs
Manage development and deployment of AI solutions
Establish effective cross-functional collaborations
Present product impact and strategies to clients
Monitor team performance and quality standards

Requirements:

8+ years in AI development or product engineering
4+ years leading engineering teams
Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions
Proficiency in Python, R, and ML frameworks
Understanding of cloud technology and data governance
