Job Responsibility:
About the Role: Zone Garage Central Alberta is looking for a motivated, hardworking Labourer to assist with our high-quality garage floor coatings. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping things organized, and can handle long hours during peak season.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with prepping concrete surfaces for coatings
- Help install floor coatings alongside the lead installer
- Keep the truck, trailer, and shop clean & organized
- Handle large power tools like industrial grinders and vacuums
- Work in a team setting to complete jobs efficiently
What We're Looking For:
- No experience required, but construction/labour experience is a plus
- Must be comfortable with large power tools (training provided)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
- Strong, hardworking, and able to handle long summer workdays
- Self-motivated, takes initiative, and has a positive attitude
A Day in the Life:
- Meet at the shop at 7 AM
- Drive to the job site with the lead installer
- Prep the concrete and install the floor coating
- Clean up the job site, return to the shop
- Restock materials, organize and clean up the truck, trailer, and shop
