Director of Compensation at IGM Financial

As the Director of Compensation, you will enhance IGM’s compensation strategies while leading a dedicated team. - Advise HR on compensation strategies for asset management
- Design IGM’s sales compensation programs to meet strategic goals
- Lead a team managing execution of incentive plans
- Collaborate with finance and analytics for accurate compensation calculations
- Improve the technology tool for sales incentive management
- 7-10 years in employee compensation roles
- University degree in business or related fields
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting compensation data
- Experience with sales compensation programs
- Proactive, decision-making leadership experience
