Senior Transportation Dispatcher

If you've spent years in transportation and dispatch and know what it takes to keep trucks moving, customers happy, and a busy operation running smoothly, this could be a great next step. We are partnering with a well-established, proudly Saskatchewan-based transportation organization to find an experienced Senior Transportation Dispatcher to join their Saskatoon team.

This is an opportunity for someone who doesn't simply want to follow an existing playbook. The team is looking for an experienced dispatcher who can bring ideas to the table, use their judgment, make decisions, identify better ways of doing things, and have a genuine impact on the operation. You'll be joining a fun, supportive and down-to-earth team where people care about the work they do and about one another. There is a strong sense of teamwork, but you'll also be given the autonomy and trust to do your job well.

And while the business operates 24/7, this position works Monday through Friday.

What Makes This Opportunity Different?
You already know how to dispatch. What you may be looking for now is an organization where that experience is genuinely valued.

Here, you'll have the opportunity to:
Use your experience and judgment to make day-to-day operational decisions
Have autonomy while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team
Recommend improvements and help implement better processes
Work directly with management and have your ideas heard
Mentor and support less experienced team members
Build strong relationships with drivers, customers and colleagues
Look beyond today's schedule and help improve the overall efficiency of the operation
Join a stable organization with a strong reputation and a culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
