What You'll be Doing!
- Develop software solutions for edge devices, following technical strategies and guidelines
- Build communication interfaces between devices and back-end systems with guidance from senior team members
- Collaborate on all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Maintain coding standards, workflows, and technical documentation using tools like Jira and Confluence
- Implement testing and security measures for embedded systems, including encrypted communications and event logging
- Support junior developers and contribute to process improvements to achieve team KPIs.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools and suggest enhancements for products and workflows
Who are you?:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- Proficiency in a programming language used in embedded computing (Python, Go, Rust, C++, C)
- Experienced with GIT (Github/GitLab) and CI practices
- Excellent problem solving and analytical ability
- Good written and verbal communication skills with experience in writing technical documentation
- Familiarity in utilizing AI tools and assistants in development workflows
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet, Profinet) is an asset
- Continuous learner and a passion for keeping up with technology trends
