Patient Engagement & Retention Specialist Position

Elevate patient experience at LASIK MD as a Patient Engagement & Retention Specialist in a hybrid role based in Downtown Toronto. Engage with patients through personalized consultations to ensure their vision care journey is smooth and informative. At LASIK MD, you will play an essential role in communicating treatment options and managing queries to provide clarity and satisfaction. Your customer service expertise will help in building trust with patients, and your proficiency with technology will aid in efficient information management throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Present treatment options through meetings
- Offer accurate surgery and pricing information
- Respond to and resolve patient inquiries promptly
- Build strong rapport through personalized consultations
- Utilize EMR and tracking systems for patient management
- Passion for customer engagement in the medical field
- Background in customer service or related areas
- Experience as an account manager or in sales preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Must travel for training in the GTA area
