In this senior role, you will oversee the design and implementation of a high-performance in-memory database engine. You will directly contribute to durability, replication, and advanced querying capabilities while mentoring engineers in best practices. Key Responsibilities:
• Design core functionalities for the data engine
• Lead enhancements in memory allocation and I/O paths
• Contribute to active-active data replication mechanisms
• Spearhead code reviews and mentoring sessions
• Manage project timelines and deliverables independently
Requirements:
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong skills in C/C++ programming
• History of design and architecture for large systems
• Demonstrated experience in a mentoring or leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred
