Remote Legal Assistant in British Columbia

Join our team as a Remote Legal Assistant, where your expertise in drafting and managing legal documents will shine. This role involves supporting lawyers and managing client files in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a Legal Administrative Assistant graduate with at least three years of experience, preferably in family law. Your day-to-day support is vital as you prepare for hearings and coordinate files. Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to thrive in this remote position. Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, proofread, and revise legal documents
- Schedule and prepare for hearings and trials
- Collaborate directly with lawyers on file management
- Manage client files from initiation to completion
- Provide daily support in a remote setting
- Graduate from an accredited Legal Administrative Assistant program
- Minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Tech-savvy with cloud-based systems
- Ability to work independently under pressure
