Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Location: Vaudreuil

Our client in Vaudreuil is currently looking for a sales and marketing coordinator. This person will provide administrative support to the sales department while contributing to the company's marketing initiatives. This position will help to ensure the smooth running of sales operations
and develop marketing materials (such as PowerPoint presentations and product sheets) to drive customer engagement and product promotion.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned on an ad hoc basis.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities :

Marketing :
- Supplier and material coordination:
o Assist in the development and communication with suppliers
regarding artwork, packaging and promotional materials
o Prepare and print presentation materials for trade shows and other promotional

- Content development :
o Design marketing materials for trade shows, conventions and customer meetings

o Create attractive PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings,
product launches
o Develop product sheets, brochures and other marketing materials to support
sales efforts
o Assist in the development of packaging designs and illustrations
- Presentation and branding support:
o Assist in maintaining and updating company presentations and product
product catalogs
o Collaborate with marketing team on new product launches and promotional
promotional campaigns
o Order and manage promotional gifts and media

Sales Coordination
- Order entry of products
-Check all customer orders (prices/codes)
-Manage and document all customer complaints
-Follow-up with customers by phone or e-mail
- Data and documentation through data entry
- Complete customer list sheets
-Update the Aliments du Québec register
-Prepare sample list reports and work with sales to integrate returns

- Administrative Support tasks :
-Assist sales staff as needed
-Prepare and print presentation documents for trade shows
-Act as backup to update the ECCnet register with the current list of available products available
-All other administrative tasks in various departments.

Qualifications
Qualifications :
-Education & Experience:
University degree in marketing, business or related field
Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in a sales coordination or marketing support role
Bilingual proficiency in French and English preferred
Good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge of design and layout software an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong
attention to detail

- Other :
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Experience in adminstration and customer service is an asset
-Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
