Your role will be crucial in maintaining cleanliness, safety, and accessibility for residents. Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to routine maintenance issues reported by residents
- Carry out repairs and adjustments in common areas
- Assist with the upkeep of property fixtures and equipment
- Conduct inspections to spot maintenance needs
- Help with seasonal operations like snow removal
- At least 2 years in a facilities support role
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Understanding of residential systems is crucial
- Physically fit for various tasks
- Completion of a background check is mandatory
