Senior Architect for Amazon Connect Solutions

You will be a key technical authority within the Solution Delivery team, bridging complex business needs with reliable AWS cloud solutions. This senior role requires deep knowledge in Amazon Connect, Conversational AI, and architecting integrations with other AWS services, ensuring smooth migrations from on-premise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Architect scalable Amazon Connect solutions for enterprise clients
• Guide external partners on compliance with architectural standards
• Design complex integrations with AWS and third-party systems
• Lead implementation of Conversational AI and other technologies
• Mentor engineering teams through deployment and compliance
Requirements:
• 7+ years in enterprise solution architecture
• 3+ years focused on cloud contact center delivery
• Strong coding experience with Node.js and Python
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) preferred
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
