Sales Associate Key Holder

We're looking for someone who can help the company reach its goals, is enthusiastic about candy, and enjoys connecting with customers!
What you will be doing:
- Completing cashier transactions accurately through our POS system
- Handling cash through sale transactions and through counting your own till
- Helping customers in a courteous manner by answering questions appropriately, finding items by guiding customers to our products, and scooping out customizable candy bags
- Engaging in customer service by greeting customers and commencing friendly conversations
- Completing daily cleaning procedures that includes wiping down and washing used work spaces, scoops, and bins
- Meticulously following opening and closing procedures
- Maintaining store organization by continuously fronting products, putting out new products from orders, and following cleaning procedures
Who we are looking for:
- Efficient, organized, and customer-centric mindset
- Proactive/able to work independently
- Capable of counting cash proficiently (note you will be responsible for counting your own till and cash deposits at the beginning and end of every shift)
- At least one year of sales associate and/or key holder experience is an asset
