Healthcare Customer Service Specialist - Pharmacy Orders

Innomar Strategies Inc.

Innomar Strategies is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Canada to support patient and provider services and pharma commercialization activities. The role handles routine order entry, data accuracy, and communications with customers and pharmacies to ensure timely shipments.

Responsibilities include taking calls, processing orders, coordinating with ERP and carriers, and maintaining backorder data. Strong English communication and customer-focused approach required.
