Parts Sales Representative

Job Responsibility:

Gear-O-Rama Supply Ltd. is currently seeking a self-motivated professional to join our Parts Department Team as a Parts Salesperson. This individual's primary responsibility is to provide over the counter parts support to our customers, address their parts and service needs, respond to information inquiries, process parts orders, identify sales opportunities and sell additional parts and service.

Responsibilities:

· Establish contact with existing customers, identify new customers and follow-up on potential leads

· Use knowledge of industry to leverage sales opportunities

· Receive & fill customer orders and provide value-added experience to the customer.

· Follow-up on orders to ensure customers have been properly serviced

· Assist customers and/or technicians in sourcing and obtaining required parts/accessories in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.

· Respond to customer parts or information requests in a quick and efficient manner.

· Present and promote new items or services when applicable.

· Track and maintain customer inventory or other sales programs.

· Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner

· Coordinating with other parts department personnel to ensure parts are available and delivered

· Assist in other areas of the parts department as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent customer service and problem solving skills

· Self-motivated and able to work independently

· Basic understanding of parts and equipment

· Ability to proficiently use computer systems for parts lookup and invoicing

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Professional demeanor and appearance

· Related experience as parts salesperson preferred

· Valid driver's license, with clean drivers abstract

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$40.00 per hour

• Parts Sales or Related: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
