Axonify Inc. is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders, guide performance management, and support onboarding and development. You will coach employees and leaders through lifecycle processes and ensure a productive work environment aligned with Axonify's values.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of HRBP experience, strong communication, and the ability to influence in a scaling SaaS setting while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
