Senior Analyst in Client Integration
National Bank
Lead client onboarding processes at National Bank Trust as a Senior Analyst. Elevate the client experience through effective integrations and portfolio management. In this key role, you’ll be instrumental in aiding a variety of institutional clients during onboarding and change initiatives at National Bank Trust. You will collaborate directly with account managers and operational teams to ensure all client interactions are executed flawlessly. Your contributions will include enhancing training, solving problems, and refining team processes within a cooperative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding for institutional clients and managers
- Collaborate on integration and change management projects
- Ensure high-quality execution of client activities
- Help coordinate team efforts for timely outcomes
- Propose solutions to enhance client satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years in financial services with client focus
- Familiarity with securities industry operations
- Strong judgment and analytical skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Copilot beneficial
