Mont-Royal Chevrolet is currently looking for a part-time accounting clerk to join its team.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Salary : up to $23/hour, depending on experience
Main Responsibilities
- Perform various daily administrative and accounting tasks.
- Enter and verify accounting data.
- Process invoices, accounts payable, and administrative documents.
- File and archive documents.
- Perform account reconciliations and audits as needed.
- Prepare various reports and administrative follow-ups.
- Ensure the accuracy of information entered into systems.
- Collaborate with the accounting team and various departments at the dealership.
- Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relevant experience in accounting or administration; (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort with computer tools;
- Attention to detail and thoroughness;
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
- Team spirit and a professional attitude.
