Part-time accounting clerk - Mont-Royal Chevrolet

Mont-Royal Chevrolet is currently looking for a part-time accounting clerk to join its team.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Salary : up to $23/hour, depending on experience

Main Responsibilities

• Perform various daily administrative and accounting tasks.
• Enter and verify accounting data.
• Process invoices, accounts payable, and administrative documents.
• File and archive documents.
• Perform account reconciliations and audits as needed.
• Prepare various reports and administrative follow-ups.
• Ensure the accuracy of information entered into systems.
• Collaborate with the accounting team and various departments at the dealership.
• Perform any other administrative tasks as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Relevant experience in accounting or administration; (experience in the automotive industry is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort with computer tools;
• Attention to detail and thoroughness;
• Organizational skills and the ability to work independently;
• Team spirit and a professional attitude.
