The role is on‑site in Mississauga but also accepts remote candidates residing in Regina, SK. Role and Responsibilities

Lead pre‑sales and deliver solution services in Radio Access Network (RAN), Service Management and Orchestration (SMO) and RAN Intelligent Controller (RIC) platforms. Perform the Customer Solution Responsible (CSR) role, leading the Samsung sales process. Participate in RFx responses, presentations, consultations, and commercial proposals, providing product information, total solution value argumentation, and driving network designs. Deliver network solutions on the latest RAN, SMO, and RIC technologies, considering end‑to‑end impacts. Lead discussions with customers’ technical staff and senior management to understand requirements. Design and propose solutions that enhance operator networks, meeting performance, scalability, robustness, and cost goals. Achieve annual sales revenues/quotas and grow market share within assigned accounts. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, managing all technical aspects. Conduct complex research and analysis of market, technology, standards, customer requirements, and competitor trends to develop RF/RAN/SMO/RIC solutions using TCO models. Position Samsung as a leading innovative technology organization, providing business trends and competitive strategies. Prioritize sales focus and propose solutions to senior management and C‑level executives. Support product and delivery teams to ensure designed solutions are developed and deployed to meet customer objectives. Provide feedback to Product Management to improve and adapt offerings within the RAN, SMO, and RIC portfolio. Manage customer expectations and implementation of solutions within agreed time, scope, and cost. Build, maintain, and grow positive relationships with key customers. Work under tight time schedules while ensuring high quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (advanced degree beneficial). 15+ years of professional experience in wireless engineering, including 5+ years in LTE/5G, pre‑sales, service delivery, and/or operator experience in solution architecture and technology development. Thorough understanding of 3GPP specifications for LTE/LTE‑A/5G features and protocols; experience with ongoing 3GPP release activities is beneficial. End‑to‑end knowledge of wireless, covering devices, RAN, Transport, RIC, SMO and Packet Core domains. Deep technical knowledge in RF and RAN technologies, including RIC and SMO, and solid understanding of network virtualization and/or core network. Experience with virtualization, containerized/cloud‑native environments (Microservices architecture, OpenShift, OpenStack, WRCP). Strong communication skills with the ability to present, articulate, and influence C‑level executives. Proficiency in Lean, Agile, CICD, SRE, DevOps methodologies. Exceptional troubleshooting, customer‑handling, and presentation skills. Team player with initiative, self‑motivation, and the ability to work under pressure. Innovation, proactive attitude, and mindset. Strong customer focus and high concern for quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate in additional languages such as French, Spanish, etc. is a plus. Experience in developing and sharing knowledge with others. Salary

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $123,000 to $169,000 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors, including job‑related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills, and experience. Benefits
