Downtown Pub Assistant General Manager

Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant General Manager is responsible for directing and controlling all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, reservations, recruitment, training, inventory management, accuracy of daily transactions, cash control, in-store merchandising, and staff development and motivation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and promote the establishment.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge in line with company
- standards.
- Recruit, onboard, train, develop, motivate, and manage staff.
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling and daily team management.
- Support overall store operations, including transaction accuracy, inventory control, and store
- upkeep.
- Serve as the acting senior manager in the absence of the General Manager.
- Manage and run successful daily and special event social media promotions.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year including monthly performance bonus.
