JORDAN’S PRINCIPLE CASE MANAGER
Reporting directly to the Director of Health and Social Development, The Case Manager will deliver and provide assistance to the First Nations and communities that do not have their own Jordan’s Principle agreement. Working with families to ensure resources are utilized and to address those gaps in services.
Salary will commensurate with education and experience. The Dene Nation offers a competitive benefit package. A detailed job description is available upon request.
