Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective community management- Supervise and provide guidance to community staff members- Manage budgets and financial resources to meet community goals- Plan, coordinate, and evaluate community programs and events- Maintain positive relationships with residents, stakeholders, and community partners- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)- Proven experience in community management or a related role- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail- Excellent supervisory and leadership abilities- Proficient in budgeting and financial management- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of program management principles
