TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of the most trusted names within the HVAC space in North America. Our client is a manufacturer & distributor and carries one of the most comprehensive product lines in the industry. They are in search of a new Technical Sales Rep for their Victoria branch.
Compensation Range - $80,000-$100,000What You’ll Do
As a key member of our team, you’ll play an important role in keeping projects moving and customers supported from start to finish. Your day will be fast-paced, collaborative, and full of opportunities to learn and grow.
- Be a primary point of contact for customers, responding to phone calls and emails with professionalism and confidence
- Prepare accurate estimates, quotes, and technical submittals that support successful project execution
- Manage order processing from initiation through completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track
- Deliver exceptional customer service by solving problems and anticipating client needs
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Support company events and team initiatives as needed
- Embrace continuous learning to stay current with products, processes, and industry trends
What You Bring
You’re someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a technical environment, and takes pride in doing things right.
- 3+ years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry or a related technical field
- EIT, C.E.T., or M.E.T. certification considered a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-moving environment
- A solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a team-first attitude
