Print Production Specialist

Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that products are fabricated and packaged efficiently and accurately. This position requires a blend of mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment to fabricate products according to specifications.
• Prepare and package finished goods for shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Utilize forklifts to move materials and products within the warehouse safely.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as they arise during the production process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience operating forklifts; certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Konica minolta print equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long period.

Qualifications:

Experience in print production, bindery, and signage.

Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with graphic design software

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
