Product Manager - Analytics Dashboard

About the Client:

Our client is a profitable, PE-backed healthcare data analytics company.

Their flagship SaaS platform helps hospitals improve the accuracy and completeness of the clinical and administrative records that drive their funding. This use case offers clear, measurable ROI and has earned the company near-universal adoption in its market.

Recently acquired by a PE firm, the company is now entering its next phase: investing in product, expanding the team, growth into other markets.

With strong product-market fit and deep customer entrenchment, this is a rare opportunity to join an established business at an inflection point.

The Opportunity:

This is the first Product Manager hire in the company's history, a role created because the product has outgrown the founder's bandwidth, not because there's a gap to fill on an org chart.

You'll partner directly with the CEO as the dedicated owner of a platform that hospitals genuinely rely on.

He'll continue driving new product development from zero to one; you'll take the flagship product the business has been built on, sharpening the roadmap, deepening client entrenchment, and identifying where AI can be meaningfully embedded to create real value. Over time, as new offerings come to market, they'll roll into your portfolio.

You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a small engineering team, a customer success function that maintains tight relationships with every client, and a CEO who wants a true thought partner, someone who can independently determine where the value lies, make the decision, and drive it through execution.

The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:

• 5+ years in product management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Data product experience, ideally in data analytics, data insights dashboard products
• HANDS ON but capable of strategic ownership and aligning to business objectives.
• Capable of setting up the processes that will standardize how software is built and shipped.
• Active use of AI tools in your own work, with concrete examples for a "show & tell" exercise
• Nice to have: healthcare, health data, or adjacent regulated-industry experience
• Able and willing to be at an office close to Hurontario/Matheson Blvd in Mississauga 3-days/week.
