Richter

Richter is a leading Canadian advisory and consulting firm with offices in Toronto, Montreal and Chicago. As an M&A Associate, you will lead mid-market and private company transactions, guiding valuations, CIMs and closing processes with cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with clients, perform advanced financial analyses, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options and competitive compensation are offered.
