Job Responsibility:
Competencies: Amazon Web Service(AWS) Cloud Computing, MuleSoftExperience (Years): 10 & AboveEssential Skills:
- AWS Designer with IVR and Lex Bot development experience.
- Experience in building chatbot/virtual assistant solutions using Amazon LEX.
- Experience building solutions for IVR (voice chatbot).
- Experience in Jscript, python, .Net, Perl.
- Comfortable working with basic change management and Git based source control systems.
- Experience in developing software in different programming languages and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new languages.
- Experience on delivering and deliver custom Force.com enterprise applications.
- Experience working Salesforce Sales, Services cloud voice and financial clouds.
- Knowledge of Sub versioning tools (SVN, GitHub), JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, etc.
- AWS certification preferred.
- Prior Contact Center Experience is a must and development experience is must
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON
