This role at KPSquared focuses on delivering one-on-one assistance in a 24-hour childcare setting. You are expected to build trust, assisting with emotional connection, social skills, and transitions. Collaborating with the educator team, you will maintain effective communication and documentation to support the child's development. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support
- Foster trust through respectful interactions
- Assist with social skills and regulation
- Guide the child through challenging behaviors
- Maintain communication with staff and build teamwork
- Direct experience with ADHD is essential
- Knowledge of trauma-informed care approaches
- Strong communication skills
- Background in child development or social work
- Current Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check
