- Operate and maintain license servers (FlexLM, RMS), including usage tracking and optimization
DevOps, Software & Lab Support
- Support DevOps and ALM ecosystems (Azure DevOps, Jira, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Maintain containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Support secure firmware toolchains and validation tools (e.g., BIOS/BMC, Black Duck, Coverity)
- Ensure availability and synchronization of lab validation environments and tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT system administration or application engineering
- 2+ years supporting R&D or engineering teams
Technical Expertise
- License management systems (FlexLM, RMS)
Core Competencies
- Strong troubleshooting skills within complex, secure engineering environments
- Ability to create clear, detailed technical documentation
- Proven ability to support high‑performance engineering teams
Compensation
$45/hr to $60/hr (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education).
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching.
