Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, people-focused individual with strong customer service and communication skills to join a leading supplemental benefits organization that has proudly served families for over 65 years.
As our team continues to expand into new territories, we are seeking dedicated professionals who are eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career while helping clients understand their benefit options.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clients with clear information about available products, coverage options, and benefits
- Respond to customer questions and deliver a positive, professional experience
- Stay knowledgeable on current products, services, and benefit programs
- Review client needs and help identify options that may improve coverage or reduce costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client relations is preferred
- Strong ability to connect with people and build trust
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, professional, and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
