It\u2019s where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential\u2014and where you can help us reach ours. \nWhen we embrace the different ideas, perspectives and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we, as individuals and as a company, are stronger.\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Develop and document test plans, cases, and scripts \n\u2022 Define and align testing strategies with project requirements \n\u2022 Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs \n\u2022 Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing \n\u2022 Identify, document, and track software defects \n\u2022 Communicate issues to the development team and collaborate on solutions \n\u2022 Ensure the software meets specified requirements and standards \n\u2022 Validate that the final product is user-friendly and performs as expected \n\u2022 Mentor junior QA developers and lead them towards effective problem-solving\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nRequired Qualifications \n\u2022 Bachelor\u0027s studies in engineering, computer science or equivalent from an accredited institution \n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in test automation and applying software testing techniques \n\u2022 Minimum 5 years of experience in programming (C++/C#, Java and/or Python) \n\u2022 Experience on tests automation tools for Desktop, Web applications or Web services (e.g. Cypress, Selenium, Test Complete, SOAPUI, Postman) \n\u2022 Experience with Git, GitHub and CI/CD \n\u2022 Fluency in English and French (working proficiency in both languages).
