We are looking for the best of the best, to join our team of extraordinary individuals to fill multiple positions.

SiteCast Tech is a rapidly growing and successful full-service Tele-Communications Company & Virtual Customized Call Center Solution. We have staff throughout the United States and each works from a home office by design. Early in 2018, we completed an acquisition of another Hosted VoIP Phone Company, Online Web-Conferencing Solution & Video Survaliance System increasing our products and services along with adding additional divisions to our already growing company! All of this has created the need for us to add even more positions of remote workers!

All of our staff work from the comfort of their own home offices due to our CEO's design. There are several reasons he made this choice as part of our business model for our company.

• SiteCast recognizes the impact that we all play on the environment. Whether it is pollution from driving back and forth to work every day or consumption of resources we take from our planet.


• To offices throughout the United States utilizing the tremendous amount of resources that would be required on a daily basis would continue to have a significant impact and only have further consequences as we become more successful, something we feel strongly about preventing. With our staff's ability to work remotely we believe we being more responsible as individuals and as a company, each playing our small part, having less of a negative impact the world we will leave to our children and grandchildren.


• Working from home also allows for our staff to spend more quality time with their family. And thus having a better quality of life! Instead of driving approximately 20-30 minutes or more each way to an office every day, our staff has the benefit of using this extra 5-10 hours a week to do things that are important to them and their families. Whether coaching soccer for their daughter's soccer team after school, joining their local PTA or enjoying whatever else is important to them.


• Savings alone by choosing to be virtual incentive enough when you think of the impact it can have on such a diverse group.


• Our company and staff. We are able to keep our expenses down in comparison to other companies.


• Cost savings impact everyone involved by working remotely they benefit from eating at home and not buying lunch every day and it is the cheapest commute by far, saving on gas, insurance, wear and tear on a vehicle. Reduces pollution and smog. What can add up to thousands of dollars at the end of each year!

Of course, the list goes on and on and there are many other benefits that you could think of but, most importantly, I think you get the point! It gives you an idea of the kind of company SiteCast is and the individuals that would want to work for a company like this.

4. You must have authority to allow for our Onboarding Team to remote into your computer and install our company's software applications that are required to perform all duties.

5. A room in your home that is,  QUIET & DISTRACTION FREE during working time! (This is not negotiable. AND CAN BE GROUNDS FOR IMMEDIATE TERMINATION)

If you, DO NOT like to smile, are generally find yourself to be a miserable person and unhappy, do not like people, FEELS THE WORLD OWES YOU SOMETHING ; You tend to carry around and believe you have “ a sense of entitlement ”, You  could win the award for most creative excuses! Think you need to ”play sick ” when all you really have to do is just say, "Hey I'd really like the day off!" or ( my favorite), LIE and say, "you're stuck in traffic trying to get to work” (not realizing you work from home!)  

Lastly are just looking to get by.
