- Oversee structural design and delivery for multiple building developments
- Engage in all project phases, ensuring quality and compliance
- Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in their professional growth
- Review technical reports and design drawings for accuracy
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- P.Eng or eligibility in Manitoba preferred
- 8+ years of relevant consulting experience
- Strong technical skills in material design
- Proficient with design software and AutoCAD
