Remote Nurse with Expanded Scope Needed

Northern Medical Connections (NMC) is hiring Registered Nurses to work with an expanded scope of practice in remote Yukon communities. This role offers a chance to impact healthcare while enjoying the adventure of travel nursing. With a strong nurse-driven commitment to excellent patient care, NMC offers tailored assignments that match your lifestyle and skills. Candidates should bring at least two years of Canadian nursing experience and be ready to provide care in diverse settings across Canada, including areas like Nunavut and Northern Ontario. Key Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care with an expanded scope
Engage in collaborative healthcare with local teams
Evaluate and provide care to patients in remote regions
Prepare for assignments through site visits
Adjust treatment plans based on patient assessments

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in Canada
Two years of Canadian nursing experience required
Valid BLS, ACLS, TNCC or ITLS certifications
Previous remote nursing experience an asset
Dedication to quality patient care
