Bartender /Server

• Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of bartending/serving experience , ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced bar or restaurant.

  • Availability: Must be available for at least 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days . (Please note: even with this availability, you may not always be scheduled for all shifts, as scheduling is based on business needs.)

  • Flexibility: Willing to work late nights and closing shifts , as well as on weekends.

At Boston Pizza, bartenders not only mix cocktails and pour drinks, but also serve tables, ensuring seamless service across the bar and dining room.   • Maintains composure and thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment .

  • Builds relationships with Guests at the bar and in the dining room by being attentive, engaging, and personable.

  • Prepares all beverages to Boston Pizza standards with consistency and accuracy.

  • Champions the Foundations of Hospitality , Boston Pizza’s Brand Standards, and Food Safety practices.

  • Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to keep drink and food service moving smoothly and quickly.
