Inventory Coordinator

Altasciences seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage receiving, stocking, and inventory control activities at their Laval facility. The role ensures material availability and regulatory compliance while supporting cycle counts, replenishment, and shipment coordination within a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and supplies accurately
- Perform put-away, stock rotation, and FIFO practices with expiration checks
- Replenish stockroom and PAR locations based on min/max levels
- Support cycle counts, physical inventory, and shipment coordination
- Escalate damaged goods, shortages, and discrepancies to management
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred
- Valid driver's license preferred for off-site storage support
- Basic ERP and inventory system proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite basic skills (Outlook, Excel)
- Bilingual English/French may be required for Canadian sites
- Forklift or hazardous materials certification preferred
