Compensation Information: $19.35 per hour (updated wage effective May 01, 2026)
Physical Requirement: Light (L), work activities involve handling loads up to 10kg; predominantly in an indoor setting.
This job position requires physical presence at the designated location.

Skills you bring with you:
- Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell our products.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently.
- Strong computer and cash handling skills.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player.
- Previous customer/guest service experience.
- A good knowledge of the regional area and willingness to learn.
- Well-organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily operation of the Sales Desk/Activities Desk in the Village Day Lodge. May help out on Guest Services Desk if needed.
- Contact position for guests regarding bike lessons, lift tickets, hiking tours, water sport rentals, disc golf, and resort information both in-person, and over the phone.
- Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner.
- Demonstrates a commitment to exceeding the customer’s expectations.
- Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
- Highly organized and efficient in the workplace.
- Always follows company policies and procedures.
- Security and accountability of tickets and cash.
- Balancing daily sales to computer reports.
