Role Description

Carmel Industries is looking for someone full or part time as a Digital Marketing & Social Media Content Specialist to perform some or all of the following tasks mentioned in the job description below.

We are looking for someone who can help grow our online presence through some or all of the following: TikTok, LinkedIn, influencer collaborations, remarketing campaigns, video content, and creative product storytelling .

The ideal candidate is hands-on, creative, organized, and comfortable working closely with our graphic artist to create strong visual content for our brand.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for TikTok and LinkedIn

• Develop product-focused content ideas for markers, waxes, and specialty products

• Help plan and support remarketing campaigns

• Research, identify, and communicate with influencers, creators, and industry partners

• Support influencer collaborations and product seeding campaigns

• Create short-form video content, including AI-assisted video when appropriate

• Write captions, post copy, campaign ideas, and content briefs

• Work with content creation and graphic applications

• Collaborate with our graphic artist on posts, ads, product visuals, and campaigns

• Follow social media trends and suggest fresh creative ideas

• Help improve brand awareness, engagement, and online visibility

Requirements

• Experience creating content for TikTok and LinkedIn

• Understanding of social media marketing and remarketing

• Ability to find and communicate with influencers

• Practical experience with video editing, social media content creation, and tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or AI-assisted video platforms

• Strong writing and creative thinking skills

• Good eye for visuals, branding, and product presentation

• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently

• Comfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, and management

Experience with e-commerce, product marketing, B2B/B2C brands, or manufacturing brands is an asset.
