AI Quality Engineering Manager Role

Lead the AI Quality Engineering initiatives at Replicant, enhancing our focus on top-notch customer service solutions. This managerial role involves redefining QA standards using innovative strategies. At Replicant, you will head the quality engineering efforts by mentoring a team of 5. With over 8 years’ experience in QA, your skills in automation, API testing, and CI/CD workflows will significantly impact our AI product’s success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality integration and leverage AI to improve testing and validation methodologies. Key Responsibilities:
- Shape quality practices aligned with company objectives
- Mentor a high-performing team in quality engineering
- Build and enhance AI-driven testing workflows
- Analyze and improve testing metrics and quality trends
- Interface with key stakeholders to define quality expectations
- Minimum 8 years in QA, Quality Engineering, or similar roles
- Hands-on experience with AI testing issues
- Proficiency in modern testing automation techniques
- Excellent collaboration skills across teams
- Ability to communicate quality metrics effectively
