J.P. Morgan’s Finance & Business Management organization is looking for an experienced qualified in fund administration. You will maintain the books for various Private Equity funds, prepare financial statements, and manage capital call calculations. This position requires collaboration with team members and internal stakeholders to meet client expectations while ensuring adherence to financial controls and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain Private Equity fund records
- Prepare and review Net Asset Valuations and financial reports
- Calculate capital calls and distributions accurately
- Manage quarterly reporting and investor notices
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting, preferably at a Big 4
- Strong understanding of US GAAP for Investment Funds
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite
