Join FYidoctors Calgary - Mission Square as an Optical Associate, enhancing patients’ eyewear experiences while working part time. Deliver quality service while educating customers on their eyewear options.

In this role, you’ll welcome patients, interpret optical prescriptions, and assist with eyewear fitting. Manage appointments, billing, and support clinic operations in a collaborative environment. Part‑time commitments involve 20‑29 hours per week, available from Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
• Assist in frame selection based on lifestyle needs
• Perform measurements for eyewear adjustments
• Coordinate patient appointments and billing
• Support contact lens fittings and process orders

Requirements

• Previous experience in optical or retail settings
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with technology, including Microsoft Office
