Your New Role
In this role, you will be reporting to the Customer Care Manager and Customer Care Supervisor. You will be joining an existing Customer Care Team to support the day-to-day of a residential portfolio in Metro Vancouver through pre-occupancy. The ideal candidate will be familiar with 2-5-10 warranty, conducting walkthroughs, and assisting with key turnovers. The Customer Care Technician will have experience in deficiency or maintenance pre-occupancy and be well versed with drywall repairs, painting, flooring, appliance testing, electrical, and plumbing. This candidate will have handyman skills and be comfortable using tools, be able to complete carpentry tasks and excel at communicating with homeowners and tenants.
What you’ll need to succeed
2+ years of deficiency, construction or maintenance experience pre-occupancy.
Knowledge of 2-5-10 warranty.
Yardi experience is an asset.
Must have BCDL & vehicle.
