Remote AI Model Feedback Specialist

Evaluate generative AI voice, image, and video models remotely with fluent English and sharp attention to detail. Flexible freelance hours let you work when convenient.
Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to provide human feedback for innovative companies’ AI models. As an AI Feedback Specialist, you will assess naturalness, usefulness, clarity, prompt adherence, quality, and realism. You will also write evidence-based explanations in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Rank voice outputs for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare AI-generated images and videos against prompts
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio issues
- Rate outputs and explain findings specifically in English
Requirements:
- Fluent English with clear written communication
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational speech and realistic situations
- Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews
- Computer, reliable internet, headphones, and quiet space
